Concetta Basso, 92 of Westbury, NY originally from New Hyde Park passed away after a long battle with heart failure. She was born and raised in Italy, emigrating to Argentina after World War 2, eventually settling in the US with her husband Vito Basso and 3 children Maria, Phil and Dino. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, watching the hallmark channel and seeing her great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed around the table. Concetta is survived by 3 brothers, 3 children, 2 daughter in laws, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
