Obituary of Michael "Micky" Breen

Micky Breen, age 63, of Williston Park, New York, passed away on April 28, 2025 at the Good Shepherd Hospice in Rockville Centre, New York.  Micky was born in Todmorden West Yorkshire, England to John and Lily Breen, and raised in Brookeborough Co. Fermanagh, N. Ireland, before moving to New York.

Micky was a well-respected carpenter who operated his own business, M. Breen Construction, and was known for his quality work in many homes around Nassau County.    He was also well involved in his children’s activities such as soccer, Irish step dance, and theatrical performances. He was a member of the Irish American Society of Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens.  Micky will be remembered for his humor, kindness, and willingness to always help others.  He was a father figure to not only his own children, but to so many others.
