Obituary of Donald P. Kelly

Donald P. Kelly, 78, of Garden City, New York, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at the Long Island Veteran’s State Home. Donald was born on August 15, 1946, in Garden City where he resided most of his young and adult life. He married Judith Pagan Kelly and had their daughter Kristina Kelly. He is survived by his daughter Kristina Kelly Blair/son-in-law Michael Blair, niece Jackie Kelly, nephew Ryan Kelly and several close cousins. Donald served in the US Army for several years as a medic. He then returned to attend college; after graduating he landed a position with Avis Corporation legal department as an adjuster for twenty-five plus years. Donald enjoyed making people laugh and spending time with old friends and family.
