Zubko, Alfred of Albertson, NY on August 4, 2017 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Betty) for 56 years. Devoted father of John (Diane), Elizabeth and Mary Schaefer (Joe). Loving Grandfather of Samantha, Michelle, Caitlyn and Dylan. Honored Sargent U.S. Army during the Korean War. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Funeral Mass Monday 10:00 am at Saint Aidan's Church, Williston Park, NY. Interment will follow at Nassau Knolls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Care Network.
